Terms of Service

As the artist I retain:The right to claim the illustration as my own, not including the characters depicted within.The right to use the artworks for promotional and demonstrative purposes for their service, as well as the right to edit the art for these purposes.The right to refuse the client's commission as I see fit, if payment has not been completed within the agreed time frame, or if the client violates any of the Terms and Conditions.As the Client:DO NOT edit, re-color, and/or alter my works in any shape or form with out my permission.My works are for personal use and enjoyment, should you want to use it for commercial purposes you must pay a commercial fee. Streaming or monetized content creation (Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Onlyfans etc.) do not count as comercial use.NSFW artwork is to only be used for personal enjoyment and are not allowed for commercial use.My works regardless of the job are not permitted to be used for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens) or any cryptocurrency related ventures. If it is found to be sold as an NFT, a take down request will be sent.The Client may not claim that they created the art, may not remove watermarks, or involve the art in any form of illegal use.The Client retains all the rights to their characters and Intellectual Property in the commissioned illustration.Revisions will be unlimited during the sketching/character ideation phase. Once the final design is chosen or the artwork reaches the linework phase, the Client may only have up to 5 revisions for free. A fee of 5 USD per revision shall be charged past the 5 revision limit.Major revisions that require going back to the ideation or sketching phase will be charged a fee of 15 USD.Payments shall be made with 50% of the price agreed upon upfront. After completion of the product the other 50% must be paid before delivery.Once coloring phase is finished or both parties have agreed upon completion, the product shall be sold as is.Minors are to be under supervision of any guardians before soliciting any of my works. For a job to be accepted I must have direct communication with both the client and their guardian to ensure all procedures are going smoothly.NSFW comissions will require authentication of ageFor Vtuber model specific comissions:I take 1 to 3 months per Vtuber model. Please make sure your schedule can work around this time frame to ensure everything is acording to your plans. Please be patient and remember to always ask if there is a question.The rights for the design, finished model and the content that it is used for remains yours! My only rights are to claim authorship of said artwork as well as its usage for promotion and/or educational purposes of my own.As your illustrator, your model will have association with my art, name and brand. Therefore I do not condone its usage for ANY AND ALL hateful, illegal or violent activities.Should this come to my attention, any benefits my terms of service produce will be void. You will be blacklisted and never be able to work with me again.Should the rigger counterpart of the model require my assistance i shall offer any corrections that are made for the model to be the best quality it can be free of charge!Failure to comply with the Terms of Service shall result in a blacklist, and termination of commission.
